Metal Design Coatings works with the highest quality products from VeroMetal®. This is a hard metal coating consisting of more than 85% metal powder.
These products are ISO and IMO certified.
By mixing the metal powder with a binder and a reactor, a cold liquid metal (composite metal) is created. This metal is applied by spraying; it can also be cast, rolled, or applied with a trowel to materials such as foam, plastic, plaster, wood, metal, fiberglass, glass, lime, earthenware, concrete, terracotta, cardboard, and even paper. After application, VeroMetal® possesses all the properties of cast metal, regarding appearance, gloss, and thermal conductivity.
