Brass or yellow copper, also known as lath or 'lath copper' in the form of foil, is an alloy of copper (55-70%) and zinc (45-30%). The name 'green copper' is derived from its color. It is distinctly greener/yellowish than pure copper or bronze (an alloy of copper and tin).
Metal Design Coatings works with a metal coating from VeroMetal. This consists of more than 85% real metal. Together with a binder and a reactor, this forms a cold liquid metal. We can apply this by spraying, rolling, troweling, or pouring on almost any surface.
Each finish is composed in consultation with the client and can be post-treated as desired, such as patinating, polishing, or brushing.
